Hotel is terrible

The experience was terrible. Lift didn’t work, staff aren’t helpful and most of the staff members don’t speak english. Also the hotel is far away from the nearest station. We also booked a room with washroom but when we reached there they said its only the room and no private washroom. We had to use the common washroom.

It's just next to Ibis budget hotel and I found it a bit difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel. The overall stay was good.
