I understand the hotel was a vintage, old one but not maintained properly. Rooms were not maintained. Bathroom had blocked drains. No view. No hot water in bathroom. We were booked during winter season in December and had to deal with cold water for bathing.
The bathroom's drains were not maintained. Wash basin and shower's outlet were blocked. Another room didn't have hot water at all.
