Clean, near everything, calm environment, not a hotel style. We may book there again with no doubt.
Bathroom inside the room ( since European hostels normally share bathrooms) so that was a plus!

Everything you need for a simp....
Our hotel was very close to St. Stephan's, walking areas, and the subway. Basic and clean, with good towels, free toiletries, a comfy bed, pillows and warm comforter. The keyless entry was a great idea. We were not sure of our arrival time, but our host sent us instructions ahead of time by email, which we appreciated. Jalina, the young lady at the reception was friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of great information. The breakfast was plentiful, varied, and tasty. There was coffee, tea and juice to drink. After checkout, we were allowed to keep our bags in a storage area until we needed them. This, we appreciated. This is not a fancy hotel, but good and basic. With the free breakfast, we felt that the value for our money was excellent.
Jalina told us that this was pension, so the rooms were not huge, probably good for one or two people.

Not too fancy, but brilliant
Before visiting we were a bit unsure with them telling us codes to get in the building and knowing reception wasn't open all day. However, the instructions were easy to follow and the lady working there each day could not have been more helpful. Our room was clean and was a decent size, with a good bathroom. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main road running through the city centre, but it is so quiet. However, a bar crawl walks past each night around 12/1 ish and they are very loud, but this only lasts a few minutes and can't blame the hotel. Breakfast is available for €8 but we never tried it. As we were travelling around Europe, we used the laundry service for €10 and the lady had it all done and waiting on our bed by the time we returned back a few hours later. She also booked us our taxi the day before leaving and waited outside with us the next day to ensure everything ran smoothly. Overall, a great location, good hotel, helpful staff and quiet. Will definitely use this hotel when returning to Vienna.

Nice place and friendly atmosp....
Hotel is in the narrow city center and all important historical places are just foot distance away! Amazing! This makes it so convenient since you save travel time and money as well. We checked-in after the reception time, but this was not a problem at all since we got instructions which explained how to enter the hotel and pick-up our key. Everything is so simple. We texted the reception at 9 p.m. when we checked-in to ask whether we could have breakfast in the morning, but also out of curiosity(it says that telephone is available 24/7 for all questions:). They responded within 5 minutes (Whats App)! How convenient! Breakfast was nice and simple, eggs, cheese, nutella, 3 types of bread and many stuff more including a toaster. Hotel is on the budget, good prices and we were welcomed to book hotel directly next time. Rooms are recently renovated, it has a modern design, and beds are unbelievably comfortable (very thick matrices). We read some reviews that wifi signal was poor and staff explained to us that the recently changed their internet provider and that now signal is excellent. This was also true! Wifi was fast, and we could even watch a movie online without any interruptions. Staff is very friendly and they recommended us really nice places to eat and what to visit, since we only had 3 days in Vienna. They will basically explain and solve any problem that you may have. We even did our laundry here.
This is one of the few hotels where guests really feel welcomed. We would highly recomend it!

Extreme-hard discount "Hotel" ....
Why did we choose that place ?
We picked this „hotel“ because of the reviews, the location, and because the price included „breakfast“.
You get an email with the code to get in, a couple of days before. When you come, nobody's there ( I think it doesn't matter, after everything you will go through, a receptionist being there or not it's not a problem). When you find out where the reception is, as described in the "welcome email" you'll find a bunch of cards on the table, then you can find yours because your name has become public, for everyone who is coming in the hotel and everyone knows which room you have and your name. So regarding privacy, management may consider improving it.
Room: As we entered the room, we noticed that bedside-tables were missing and the bedside lamps were on the floor.
The closet was reduced to a single metal bar with 2 hangers and a shelf.
When we called the receptionist (there is no receptionist there from 14:00 till the next day at 7:00, but you can call a phone number…), and asked about the bedside-tables the answer was: „ You got the biggest and quietest room and it is how it is, if you’d have gotten a smaller one, they are full equipped „
The hotel is on one floor, means: we can hear all the guests coming and going, at 7:00 how they prepare the breakfast, so it was hard to get enough rest.
The breakfast is meager. The cheapest, most basic food you can find in a hard discount, no fruits, no bread rolls... Coffee: the first 3 or 4 guests can have freshly brewed coffee, the rest can handle with „do it yourself“ instant coffee. You can see the photos.
As we checked-out, the receptionist was very friendly and forthcoming. I think that was the only moment that we felt a bit of humanity there.
The rest was like in a Formule1 Hotel. But an expensive Formule1.
Cold and inhumane would be the words to describe that place. I wouldn’t call that a Hotel but a cheap hostel.
