Hotel Allegro

Room is not at all as shown in the pictures. I have informed the front desk. But they denied. As per the pictures, the room should be big. But actually the room is too small which has a bed and 2 feet gap to open the main door. It doesn't have sofa as shown in the picture. Bathroom is also too small in which a hefty person couldn't take his bath. Overall, my stay was horrible.

All fake they have written, only room you will get, without proper light, no soap shampoo moisturizer in the bathroom. No WiFi in the room, you have to go to reception to use WiFi. No mini bar, no water boiler in the room. You will only get a noisy dark room in Hotel Allegra.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was only one stop from the central rail & bus Station. The breakfast was also very good and tasty. The staff were very cordial and allowed early check in because we had a baby. The room size was a little small than expected but it was clean and well maintained. The WiFi connection of the hotel was not very good.

Excellent location. Cross the road and you have got trams and trains to take you anywhere. Helpful staff, especially Peter at the reception was extremely energetic and helpful. Breakfast selection was nothing to complain about. All in all a good experience.

The double room was large. However basic amenities like AC was not working properly. The breakfast quality was good. The staff hospitality was average and not very welcoming. The hotel location is quite good with train station and taxi stop nearby.

The location was not on the city center. Breakfast options were very limited. Cleanliness was average. There was no mini bar in the room. I guess there would be better options available in good locations. The Wi-Fi did not work properly. Not recommended.
