Review point by point by point: 1) Location - The hotel enjoys an excellent location, just a short walk from Kagran Station and Westfield Donau Zentrum. - Direct airport access is convenient, with the VAL 3 bus to Vienna International Airport departing from Donau Zentrum. - Vienna’s public transport system is outstanding, and the hotel is well-connected via nearby railway and bus stops. 2) Food - Opt for the breakfast-included package—it’s worth it. - The breakfast spread is generous, offering a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, along with juices, coffee, and tea. - The hotel features a bar with a pleasant atmosphere, and the restaurant operates for extended hours, making dining flexible and convenient. 3) Facilities - The hotel does not provide an electric kettle, universal adapter, or bottled water, so guests should plan accordingly. - Fortunately, Vienna’s tap water is safe to drink, and the hotel supplies glasses for this purpose. - Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-maintained considering the budget-friendly pricing. - The TV may not function, and there is no in-room phone or direct service from reception. - Reception staff are courteous, speak English, and are generally helpful. - Overall, this is a solid 5-star experience for a budget hotel. My experience of staying in the hotel was average. Location of the hotel was ok as it was closer to the VIC. Metro station is also nearby. Female staff was courteous and helpful but I really had bad experience with a male receptionist as he was not very helpful. Secondly, the breakfast was served from 7 am onward but I missed the breakfast all four days as I had to catch a bus for Seiberdrofs. I asked the male receptionist to allow me the breakfast at 6:45 am but he refused as the breakfast buffet was partly ready. The hotel do not have separate room/place for storing the baggage. They ask it just to leave in an open area near reception. Overall experience was ok. I stayed in this property for 4 days. What I love ke most about the property is its location. The location was very well-suited for me as I had official engagement in VIC. I could either walk ( 15 minutes m) or travel by Metro. The nearest Metro station is Altau Donau that is 10 minute walk from the hotel. In front of the hotel there is a Tram station. I could not take breakfast in the hotel as I used to leave the hotel before 7 am. The staff of the hotel, particularly the female receptionists were very courteous and helpful. My overall experience was good. Would like to stay in this hotel, if I happen to be in Vienna next time.

The location, amenities and service was very good. We, being vegetarians, personal care was provided by the Kitchen-In-Charge. It would be nice for vegetarians (not same as vegan) if one dish was made available. Also a jet spray in washroom would alleviate Indian problems with use of tissue paper.

It is a standard hotel with cleanliness, good food and drinks, the location is superb and the staff are awesome. It's walkable distance to the u line and to the shopping centre (westfield dona u zentrum. The aiport bus stops in front of the hotel. The price is highly competitive and i would prefer to stay here on my next trip to vienna. A perfect 10/10 in rating.

Hotel lena’s dona u had been a great companion for me while in vienna, austria. The booking through makemytrip is hassle free, reliable and at best prices. Pay in your domestic currency and feel as if booking a stay nearby your native.

Lens is a nice hotel located at wonderful place near to alt e dona u and kagren. Few of the hotel staff are good but others are not responding. Hotel room offered to me was very small.

It is a decent hotel, at a convenient location. Two metro stations on u1 line close by. Several big malls within walking distance, mc donald's, bill a super market opposite to the hotel. Rooms are good, some with river view and were cleaned daily. 24 hrs open bar, buffet breakfast is very good but little expensive. Staff were very kind and helpful. Booked for seven nights and the stay was very pleasant. Overall a great experience. Only problem was that power sockets were at rather inconvenient places and it is advisable to carry an extension board if you need to connect several gadgets.

This hotel is walking distance from my meeting place. Very convenient for commuting, shopping. Rooms are cleaned daily breakfast is reasonably good if you are not looking for indian cuisine. Staff is congenial worth staying for the tariff charged

Truly warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist. The food is amazing with homely feeling.

Conveniently located for train, bus and tram services. Opposite one BILLA is there for your daily need. Close to a mall also. McDonald is just opposite to the hotel. Staffs are good. Secure stay. Rooms are small. They don't provide any complimentary kits. You have to either carry or arrange your own.

Gave a very sub standard room for first 4 days and later shifted to a better room. I must get refund or compensation for 4 days. They are not courteous at all and not helping in any matter. Very rude The power points are not properly placed

The location was excellent for my purpose i.e. at VIC. They could provide tea or coffee maker in the room, then it would be excellent. Facilities are good. Staff is pleasant and helpful. They could have a small brochure indicating important places for sightseeing n shopping possible in one or two days as most people will have only that time while on business.
