Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel

Property was good and staff was very friendly. Location was great and many Indians restaurants were nearby

It is a nice property with spacious room which were equipped with all the required amenities. Rooms were well maintained and breakfast Buffet was delicious with variety.

good hospitality, management and no problem in transportation, for indias who prefer Veg food is problem, only bread and fruits are available for vegitarians

It was a very nice experience staying at this hotel. Room was very clean spaciuos and the reception staff was very good and cooperative. They solved my all problems like exchange of dollars, booking for tours etc. Overall very good hotel.

Right in the center of the city. Value for money. Special shout out for kimberley who is very kid friendly and always smiling. They have limited menu in breakfast.

The stay was very comfortable. The location was very close to the old quarter and the train street. The staff were very polite and the service was prompt.

Staff gave wrong information about timings of operations of various sight seeing places which cost us half a day. And booked us a cab where the driver smoked before the drive and was coughing and on the phone the entire journey to airport. Room was decent. Breakfast could be basis guest preferences as most people were indian

We stayed for two nights - 2 adults and one child. It is in old quarter with access to restaurants & market to shop. Staff was courteous & assisted us well. Good room size. Overall good place to stay

This place is amazing enjoyed staying there breakfast is very good. I was staying solo but the hotel staff were so good i never felt alone in a single call they were happy to help you. The receptionist man was very sweet in love with him. They provide good inroom and outing slippers as well so you don't have problem in case you didn't get extra slippers it was just so good i would come back again for sure this time with family xoxo

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel the rooms were nice and comfortable specially the premeir rooms in which we stayed.

We had booked premier rooms which is quite spacious and good. There are only 2 premier rooms in the hotel which consists of total 20 rooms. The location of the hotel is very good with tan hie n square and lake close by. The buffet breakfast is decent. The drawback is that the restaurant is not functional 24hrs. After breakfast you have fend for yourself for lunch and dinner which was not much of a problem as lots of eateries are close by.
