The HANOI STARLIGHT BOUTIQUE HOTEL was very clean. The rooms had all basic facilities and air conditioning too. The HANOI STARLIGHT BOUTIQUE HOTEL staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide transport to the airport, tour packages as well as currency exchange. Would definitely recommend staying here as it is located in Old Quarter and you can explore the city easily.

The staff was very polite. When we reached, we got an upgraded room and we a room as per our booking. We asked them to upgrade the other room as well and they did it for free. They also helped us with a map to local markets and tourist attractions! The HANOI STARLIGHT BOUTIQUE HOTEL is very close to everything in Hanoi.

It's near hoan kiem lake so the location is good and some other attractions in the city are nearer to the HANOI STARLIGHT BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Though there's no room service, staff behavior is good
