We stayed at The Westin Grand Central New York with our family and had such a great experience. Right from the start, the staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome. The location couldn’t have been better — close to Grand Central and other nearby attractions. It was super easy to get around and explore the city, and we mostly used Uber or city cabs. We loved how convenient everything was, whether we were heading out for sightseeing, meals, or just a stroll. The room was really comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed after busy days in the city. There’s a CVS right at the corner of the The Westin New York Grand Central, so picking up any essentials is a breeze. Overall, we had a very relaxed and comfortable stay, and we’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to New York!

I stayed for a day with family and the staff were kind enough to allow us an early check in. The location was excellent and we were able to see lot of places in downtown.

The rooms were huge and were well equipped with a coffee machine and coffee pods. The housekeeping staff were prompt in their services. A very comfortable and memorable stay.
