W New York - Times Square by Marriott

So much noise in the room, no staff person was ready to listen, lot of disturbance in the room There was so much noise in the room. No one in the staff member was ready to listen to me. Lift machine was after every 10 seconds moving its vibration was there. Some construction was going on that noise was there in the room. This was my first experience in this property I have within a year.this was the last experience.

Checked in on my birthday. Kat was helping us out to check in. Requested her for a room with view. She gave us one of the best views room of the hotel on the 55th floor. With views of hudson yards, hudson river and times sqaure. Hotel is literally 5 steps away from iconic red steps at times square. All mojor restaurant chains are within 10 mims of walking. They also sent a birthday card with a fruit basket and sparking water.

Right in the heart of Times Square . The rooms were quite small so had to upgrade my stay in a suite which was quite comfortable

The Hotel is located in the centre of the action area. All the major attractions are very close by.

The location of the hotel is good. But they made a fool in the name of spectacular view which i booked. They gave me a room with almost no view and when i asked them to change my room because i booked a spectacular view which i will also attach the view from my room. The rooms are outdated. The hotels needs urgent renovation as the carpet and toilets need deep cleaning. The best part of the hotel is location

We were given a confirm voucher for our stay at the above hotel in new york and to my utter surprise i was told by the hotel reception that the payment for my booking is not down so i will have to pay them immediately to stay in the hotel and that too at the current dynamic rate. Which i did pay and stayed in this hotel at an additional cost. Very ridiculous mm t booking system.

A hotel of marriot group so unprofessional, people book w hotel keeping in mind that it is a star hotel and than it is actually a hotel that should not be more than 3 star category. Hotel has no breakfast, hotel rooms have no tea station, hotel has no libby to sit or wait, hotel has no swimming pool, parking. Hotel gave credit saying u oi ise studf fron mini bar and declined later so we were charged for everything

If you are planning to be in the middle of Times Square, it's an absolute bulls eye. Good, clean rooms a s friendly staff made it an excellent experience for me.
