Hampton Inn JFK Airport

It was a comfortable stay. Works well as a Transit hotel. The check-in process is a bit tedious, but the airport shuttle is easy and convenient

Location is good food is also excellent aminities is all perfect but service is not good theh promise to pick and drop but nobody turned up at the airport to pick us

It was clearly mentioned free airport shuttle while booking, but we have to pay for transportation, terrible

We found hotel location on google maps, hotel and its rooms are neat and clean. We face little bit problem from reception staff they are not a good listener

The place is ok for an overnight stay which is what i did. Basic in many ways. Breakfast was again functional rather than any real spread. Close to jfk airport with a free shuttle from federal station on the air train. A lot like our holiday inn express hotels. Staff professional but not particularly helpful or welcoming. Scores for its location. Otherwise about ok.

Hotel rooms are average. Service was poor. Staff was rude. There is no restaurant in the hotel. You have to go to another hotel if you want to have lunch or dinner. Not a lot of options for breakfast. I'm not going there again.

Property lived upto my expectations, check in was smooth and cleanliness was awesome, staff was very supportive, it was great staying at this property

Property looks old, requires major updates in facilities. Food was good, otherwise I would rate our stay as average

OK nothing great. No good food around the place.
Major issue was the room not ready as these was a big communication gap between the hotel and make my trip. I had to wait for 3 hours get the confirmation. I think you have to refund half of the money for my waiting and non confirmation of room as I lost entire evening sitting idle in the hotel lobby.

Good service, clean rooms, great shower and a functional breakfast. What more can you ask for from an airport hotel? Quite close to the airport - a short 5-7 minute ride via the complimentary shuttle provided by the hotel. The reception desk is very efficient.
