Could be better
Location, rooms and cleanliness is great. However, the dining staff are pretty arrogant and rude. They dont allow friends to visit the breakfast area even if they are not having breakfast. Our friends who had a child were asked to leave because they didnt stay there. They had just come to meet us for a few minutes before we were leaving for sight seeing. No lifts - if you have heavy bags you should be ready to carry it yourself. There are different buildings of the hotel and apart from the main building there are no helpers in other buildings. Breakfast options for vegetarians is just bread and cheese and butter. Good to stay with family - will not recommend this for women to stay alone as the vicinity gets pretty lonely post 9pm.

I am trying to change my booking at leonardo derby from 3 days to 1 day. It's weird that i am being charged more to reduce stay.

Was clean and comfortable. No disturbance whatsoever

Terrible Stay
Place was really bad. It is an old hotel which does not have any facilities at all. No lift and no phone. We had to carry our own bags upto the second floors. They start the breakfast really late and did not serve a packed breakfast on request. It is a big no to the hotel.
