It was superb. Great. Had an amazing time. Unforgettable. Gonna visit soon. Must visit property.

Welcoming staff. Clean . Good breakfast. Reception staff was very helpful and checked in was fast. Good location

My stay was excellent. The property's facilities were top-notch,value for money, the food was very good, and the location was incredibly convenient for getting around Edinburgh. Highly recommend this property for a pleasant stay.

No response from room dining. When asked for a room clean up, the bathroom was left dirty...........

The stay was short but the check in and check out was smooth. Rooms had two double bed rooms and was comfortable

It was a smooth experience from check in. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience for the price range.

Very helpful staff. Meals were good. They have a Starbucks inside the hotel which was great! Rooms are comfy, clean.

The most horrible, intimidating and threatening experience of my life happened in this Holiday inn Corstorphine hotel on the night of 12th March '25.  Night manager, Mr. Rafale ( name told to us by other staff member), is extremely RACIST, RUDE and very Unprofessional. A small incident occured where the faulty tap filling the bathtub started pouring excessively without me around for few seconds, and the bathtub overflowed a bit. A bit more flowed out when I entered the tub. There are no sinks and no water absorbing mats or towels on the floor. We received a knock at 1 am and this night manager forcefully barging in our room and shouting on us  "what mess You Indians are creating". He spoke of water leaking from bathroom to below sports center and that we have to pay all repair charges as well as business lost from sports centre being shut. Whenever we tried to explain what happened, he cut us short with his loud xenophobic voice. I have never seen this level of verbal abuse by any manager in any Taj, Marriott , Ritz or ITC, even not any other holiday Inns, and this has been my 4th and definitely the last stay with holiday inn brand. I have already asked my corporate to disengage with Holiday inn completely.  A hefty fine of 150 pounds was asked from us and we had to pay as we were locked out of our rooms in cold Edinburgh weather. The poor plumbing and poor water insulation made us pay. Shady experience from this shady hotel. 

Good one, nice place to stay next to Edinburgh zoo.

Bad experience with the hotel

Housekeeping was not at all up to the mark, intercom system was faulty.

Great feeling. Food is also good. Room is very clean.
I think drinking water should be placed in room.
