Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Location is fantastic. The tram takes you straight from the airport to York place which is 5 minutes walk from the Cairn Hotel. It is almost like an airport shuttle service to the Cairn Hotel. The Cairn Hotel is located in city center and very close to Princes street yet in a peaceful locality.

Pros: 1. Great location. 10 mins walk to City center. 2. Clean rooms. 3. Well mannered staff. 4. You might get a discount in your next stay. Cons: 1. Room is a bit small. 2. Basic grooming staff like conditioners missing. Only shampoo, soap and body wash given. 3. Check-in time is 3 pm. Overall recommend if you want a short stay.

I extended my stay by 2 days at the Cairn Hotel and the experience was very good. The staff was very hospitable and ensuring that the guest needs are met. The cleanliness of both room and common facilities were excellent. I will be back with my family to stay again at Cairn Cairn Hotel.

Nice Cairn Hotel in a nice location. All facilities are high standards. Hotel staff are very kind and cooperative. Communication fro the Cairn Hotel to other location is very good. All accessories of the Cairn Hotel maintained very well. I want to stay this Cairn Hotel in future also.

We had a great time. Close to the railway station. Clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast was very good- Classic english breakfast. Highly recommended. Thanks to the staff, we had a very good time at the Cairn Hotel.

Excellent facilities and amazing staff. Professional as well as compassionate. The breakfast is basic but very good. Housekeeping is excellent. Staff is courteous and helpful. Location is well connected. Overall a very homely and fantastic experience.

We had an excellent stay in Edinburgh at Cairns Hotel. The rooms were very spacious and we were greeted with a useful hamper in the room. The location is excellent. I will book again when in Edinburgh next time.
