JA Hatta Fort Hotel

Stay was good but the issue was that the room wasn't ready, the receptionist requested for 30 mins wait and after waiting for 1 hour we requested them to issue us the room, still they don't know which room to give us. It has waist-ed our time of exploration our activities.

View from the room was very nice. However, the property was quite old and the activities available were not well maintained. Absolutely not value for money

Hotel Amenities are not upto the mark if you compare with any other JA Hotel, on top food quality was very bad to Average. its not worth of money, however due to location i would say its worth for just 1 day.

Everything is perfect except the smoking policy as smoking cigarettes on your terrace is allowed but shisha not allowed

Excellent please, very peaceful and quiet. Very clean and nice. Recommended for families and kids. Lots of activities to be engaged. Pools are very clean and nice staff,polite and nice. Would love to be there again. Thank you all, Keep it up !!!

Property is very nice with picturesque location with all adventures nearby. Rooms and breakfast are nice, staff is very courteous.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, i don't think there was any hotel was better than that. It is a beautiful resort with an extremely courteous and hospitable staff. They were very proactive and responsive. We would definitely want to visit it again. There were some amenities issues like they didn't have dental kit in the bathroom which you can get on request. I was a bit disappointed with the beds, our room didn't have a double or queen bed, two single beds were brought together to make a bed which was very uncomfortable to sleep on, i didn't expect that from such nice resort. Bathroom had few minor issues. I wouldn't say there was anything major to disrupt our stay but some minor issues which we not expect when we stay in a 4 star resort.

I booked 5 rooms, in 1 room telephone was not working, and in other room there was ants all over the bed, rest everything was amazing, property is very beautiful, staff is nice

It was a good experience as there were a couple of activities within the hotel premises. The room size was also good.

We had a great time at the ja hatta fort hotel. It was an amazing and different experience that everyone must try. We loved the terra-cabin concept. They have lots of adventure games to try. The whole staff was so nice and welcoming. A special thanks goes to the front office team, and at last not least, we are so thankful to mr. Ali (from the transportation team) for always being there to take us between hotel premises in a buggy car, and he also drove us so safely to hatta dam. We loved this place.

Amazing experience: beautiful views, amenities, food and helpful staff. The stay in the cabin was a different experience in a good way.

As the hotel reviews and promotions attracted us to book these resort but it was not up to mark the services are really bad, staff is less, in these summer room ac not cooling which took us to shift in midnight overall it seems waste of money, as they increased the rate bcz of holidays but didn’t focus on there services as many of guests were upset. Some of staff were good. Hence, i would suggest go for other better options.

I had an amazing stay with my family, the hotel is amazing, the food is delicious, the area is so calm and so nice, a very beautiful, peaceful and warm place to stay, the staff are so kind and very helpful, if you are looking for a calm place and to spend a quality time with your family i highly recommend ja hatta fort hotel, i am very satisfied, a big thanks to all the staff.

I travelled to Hatta with family and stayed with family. The property is just perfect due to its location, kids activities. Ambience, its scenery and everything. You will not regret after booking this property.

I know i booked non refundable stay but all hotels accept changes of date, and i have given you 1 day notice to do so, and your reply that hotel didn’t accept and i lost my stay and money. Bad service from you
