Novotel Fujairah

Room is average. The receptionist was good ..... he was co operative and helpful ..................

Service is very poor.breakfast should be continental instead of international.they misguided us it will be continental breakfast.quality of the food was not up to the mark.

It was a very comfortable stay and thanks to syed who assisted and hosted us in a very hospitable manner

It has always been a pleasure staying at novotel fujairah. Pan and chelsea on reception were very welcoming and accomodating. View of mountains from my room was soothing and i would definitely like to come back again.

Not secured for kids in hotel rooms. Rest room not secured with door locks. Rooms are congested and floor carpets are not hygiene

There is separate parking fot ibis and novotel. In the lift it's mentioned both b1 b2. So get confused and rounded so many times. If they put some another number it will be easy. Rest all ok.

Should have some play area for kids and snooker table or some other activities. Also can have more indian spread @ breakfast

Quite impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was really friendly (like reception, dining area, swimming pool. Face painting was being done for kids after breakfast. The kids loved the pool. Gym was good and clean. 4. 5 stars

Novotel fujairah is good place to stay but they have facilities with alot of limitations. Everything is bound to use. Before 9am and after 9pm, you can not use gym, pool and other area. And at restaurant, they do allow to take food for kids. They do not allow to take water. Everyone there stop you which seems not good and not hospilised. We stayed for 2 days it was a good hotel, with very accommodating staff, we enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool, the staff was nice. Ms n our from reception was really kind and helpful as well as zamir who assist for showing another room, thanks to o mar who always active and happy when answering the phone and attending our request. Thank to them our stay was wonderful. We will surely comeback again.
