Hotel service is not proper there is insect in hotel today morning water was also not there for 20-30 minutes

I find this property from this online platform make my trip and it's very easy to locate

I asked help to connect wi-fi with the tv in the room, but they didn’t come, they coming late and knocking the door when we are sleeping, they repeated three times. Absolute disturbance! and no heater working in the bathroom.

The reception staff are amazing. The location of the hotel is good. The hotel has its own restaurant at very reasonable prices and room service is available. Supermarkets, restaurants, atms at less than 5 minutes walking distance. Being on an inner road there's no traffic noise. Overall a nice experience at reasonable prices.
