Post covid, i feel that the services have deteriorated, earlier the staff was eager to serve now it's missing. I had booked a superior room on arrival, i found that the room had bad view but they had a better view for the same superior room but they didn't give me that room. So i had to pay 200 baht more to get a better view, but the room facility, type and amenities are the same. So these are some of the things which are really not like it used to be the thai service was always good. It needs to improve i find some staff a bit arrogant too, which was never the case. Thank you
