The property is located near to the main markets, walking distance to platinum mall. Clean room, good service

Very small rooms and too much traffic in that narrow road but smooth check in process n staff is good

They stay was overall nice. Good service. Location is right near pratunam market.

Hotel is near to the market and nearby good restaurants. Though in our hotel food was not available the hotel is very good. The reception staff was very decent and helpful.

It was pleasant and the rooms were clean and hygienic only dampener was that there was no bell boy service

Hotel is located in heart of shopping area. Rooms are small but very neat and clean. Hotel is very well maintained. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Breakfast had very limited options supply for vegetarians. Overall 4/5. If you are looking for nice, clean hotel and budget hotel. Spenza is right place. One tip. They take extra as security deposit.

The location of this hotel was good and the hotel look good and new. But the staff there were not warm and welcoming. As soon as we arrived we were informed that we have got a twin bed room as nothing is mentioned in my booking. But I clearly remembered that I had requested for a double bed. It was hotel mistake I don't know but I had to manage with an uncomfortable joined twin bed. We had to carry our luggage to our room. We came 10 minute early but we were only given our room at their check-in time i.e 2 pm. We even requested for late check-out but it was denied. We had to leave at 12 pm at their check-out time. And they even called us at 11:45 am to make sure that we are checking out on time. The only good thing was that they kept our luggage till evening.
