The ac did not work. They checked and said it was okay. But really they did nothing. Finally got the room changed at 1 a. M. And that too 2 single beds and not a big single bed.

We stayed for 2 night ( as we had prebooked) when we checked in there was no electric kettle, no toiletries, no iron, broken furniture, broken jet spray when we complained only kettle was provided also when we asked to upgrade the front desk mentioned all rooms are same they are dirty and this is how the hotel is. You can checkout if you want no money will be returned

The location is good but the hotel has seen better days. The staff are not bad but not willing to help a lot of dust in the room. Carpets need cleaning for sure covid has taken the sheen of this place

First every capsule hotel experience. The capsule was wonderful only if you are not claustrophobic. You get your personal space as the capsule can be locked from inside. The worst was the washroom which was not cleaned properly. There was no soap provided for the 2 days of my stay. After a lot of requests a soap was provided for the next 2 days. No shampoo at all. The bed linen was not changed during the entire 4 days of my stay.

Located centrally, this hotel is nearby to a lot of major attractions Though rooms are small, but hey, you get what you pay. It's pretty darn cheap. Front desk and hotel guys are amazing.

It's cheap but not value for money. No cafe or room service. Corridors smell, no smoking and horrible interiors. Bathroom fixtures are flimsy and over all the experience was forgettable.

Clean and big rooms. Recommended for sure!
