Nice hotel but little disturb due to renovation thank

The property did not have rooms. They shifted me to other hotel and it was pathetic rooms were very small bed was not good. Stinky smell

Excellent stay. I booked a deluxe room and the room was big enough also the washroom was perfect, the hotel staff was cooperative and smiling faces.

This property is in decent distance from major attactions and nearby eateries. Value for money. Food is not available within the premisis.

It’s on of the best hotels in bkk and it’s in the heart of the city. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You get cabs and bike taxis on the go and loads of restaurants and pubs around.

I really liked this hotel, the staff of this hotel are very nice, i like the best thing about this hotel that there is a family mart under the hotel. You can go down and buy whatever you want.

After having stayed personally, i can vouch for this place to be substandard and very very poorly kept. The rooms are dark, some lights dont work, the mattresses are dented like a curve, the walls are stained horribly, the curtains are torn and stained. Worst of it is yet to come in the bathroom, the sink drain malfunctions and doesn't drain water. The wc is so close to the wall that u can't even sit straight. The shower area takes the cake though. There is no hot water and it comes and goes as it wishes. The rain shower knob dos-ant work and when pulled to position, juts out water from it. No pressure in the shower. No vanity kit, no dentals, no soap or shower gel. No facilities at all. Even in the room the only thing u will find is 2 bottles of water. The location description is also wrong. It is exactly 1. 2kms which is a 15 min walk to the nearest bts. So not worth staying here cu z it costs 20 to 30 baht to reach the bts depending on the time of the day. Also there far more better hotels on that road than this place.

To the much dismay. The staffs at the reception were unable to understand the basic english. And it was a herculean task to convey the things. Otherwise the stay was ok. The cleanliness was very good. And it is somewhat closer to important joints.

We had spent 3 days, that was an amazing experience, helpful and nice staffs and services. They are honest in nature. Can trust on their staffs.

The third bed in the room was really uncomfortable, as we took a triple room. Otherwise, the hotel and the room was pretty decent.
