Rooms are very poor in condition and ac was terrible

The room floors are broken, dirty and very sticky when walking. Ac was terrible in condition it will take many hours to get at-least a medium cooling. Coming outside from the very hot weather and having this issue is ridiculous. Water was not provided in the room until it was asked. There is too much of dust in the room. The cupboard was broken. It's not maintained well and proper.
