Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

it was a great experience and a very lively place with lot of bars and restaurant playing music till late night. I personally liked it as I like such lively places. It has a nice restaurant with good food options

First should mention all hotel rules in website like smoking, non smoking etc. When we reached at Hotel we asked for smoking room they said they don't have any smoking room. No option left we used bathroom to smoke once or twice in rare situation. At the time of checkout they asked for 5000 Thai Bhat if we refuse to pay . This is very embarrassing and disappointed. We further don't go with Holiday Inn Express in any location if they offer free

location is good. but value for money is zero. room ambience is average. breakfast is poor as to he choice is very limited. i would not want to choose this hotel next time.

Lifts were bad ,bed was very uncomfartable

The ambience was good. Staff very helpful and courteous. Food options can be a bit more in breakfast. Rest everything was lovely. It’s in the main location. Everything is so nearby at walking distance. Down below there are 2 7-eleven and huge rows of rest-o- bar and clubs. Very friendly and hygienic hotel. Must stay.

My booking is smoking room but they don’t give it to me smoking room. Ian very much disappointed it’s very pain full

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn express for around 6 nights. The team was very cordial and helpful. The only suggestion would be to increase the choice spread in their breakfast menu.
