It’s not up to th 4star standard - very simple, inside th room we don’t have much space to keep our bags o their thinks ( no sufficient cupboard ) self service everything that I can understand thts may hotel policy, but thy charge me 400 bath extra also I have to carry my luggage in and out with my small two kids. All these is not shows b4 we booking, room is clean only thts the good think I can say. Just for the Hilton name price is charged like 4star hotel - not at all worth it. I felt the pool is just for a name they kept, these ) days I stayed in THE GEMS MINING POOL VILLAS, Arden hotel and residents somerset and all, I felt really good with th services, I clearly mention two adult and one child, if the services is not thr why you people didn’t tel me ? I booked in 4 star categories and just for a Hilton name I paid somuch to get nothing. Really disappointed
