location is very good. well connected service was good. hotel is clean and neat. will recommend to eveyone

actually i booked mistakly but room not good also and dont have compliment tea kit , i find out mosquitos inside the room airconditioner not working well also totally im not comfort in that property

Room everything good need to add laundry service in hotel and girl working in reception so irresponsible

No water in toilet when i check in. Very small room for 3 person no luggage cupboards in room. Smelling so so yukkkkkk in room. I have complained 3 times for change of room but staff was very rude, they have plenty room available but still they told me that hotel is full you can't change room. Very very bad experience. I will give in minus numbers but it isn't available. Don't go. Waste of money.

The rooms of hotel is very conjusted and they don't provide any coffee or refreshment drinks that is very bad and also staff behaviour is not good. Overall it is a bad experience and i never suggest any one to stay in here. You can stay in grand alpine hotel it is very good option in this budget.
