Location and hotel is in the heart of the pubs.
I like everything in this hotel.

Good rooms, cleanliness well maintained. Pool at the roof gives a feel of infinite pool. Good stay for me.
Located at the end of Sukhumvit 13, this place is pocket friendly. Good staff and service. Loved the stay.

Hotel is located in a great place next to a supermarket 24*7 Next street is Soi 11 the most happening. Near to Indian, Bengali & Arabic restaurants.

Everything is just a door away. Laundry, Super Markets, Pubs, Dance Bars, Indian Restaurants, Branded hotels, Tuk-Tuk points, Bike points, Taxi Etc
Ventilation zero, nobody was speak english, telephone was not working. Non welcoming reception staff for Indians. No early Check-in

A nice hotel, great location, rooms was nice. Hotel staff was friendly. If I am going again to Bangkok I will chose this hotel only. Value for you money. I recommend to book this hotel. I will suggest them to add some Indian food in their restaurant menu.

Not good hotel for couple, very small room, no proper ventilation. Washroom and room is too small, not suitable for family at all. Location is too bad. This hotel is not popular and no body know any thing about in Bangkok.

The hotel is located at the end of the Sukhumvit street-13 far away from main road. No near by restaurant and you have to walk 15 minutes to get a restaurant. Rooms are very small. No latch at bathroom door. Breakfast quality was average. Not recommended to stay at the I Galleria. There are more good hotels at same price.

Good ambience and service was good. Swimming pool at the top floor with excellent view. No extra charge for mini bar inside the room, but the room size was small for a family with 2 kids and AC was not that great. Located in the most happening area.

Hotel location is awesome, it is in the center of Sukhumvit road. Rooms are really cramped, and bathrooms have transparent doors. Room entrance is very small. I would recommend this only for a single person stay.

I was in 6th floor, lift was not working. Also I reached hotel at 12.00 noon but not allow check in they said to wait till 2.00 also from evening itself lift was not working till we check out. May be my day was not so good, anyhow they are not co- operative.

Since Indian food was not available so cannot rate the food. Swimming pool facility at seventh floor was excellent, provision of free tuk tuk for nearby ride was nice, Mr tag tuk tuk rider was very helpful. The availability of nearby Nana Skytrain station provide us cheaper and convenient way to travel the city. Rest all was fine.

We enjoyed this hotel although located in a bit inside, other amenities including warm and cordial behaviour of all staff are heart warming. Food was ethnically good. We like to prefer this hotel whenever visit Bangkok again. Thanks to you all.

It is a good and quiet location. As this is the hotel I ask for. So cannot complain to MakeMyTrip. The problem with this hotel this time is, there is less staff, and its been taken by new management. That is why there were too many problems. Hotel have a fixed 7 point menu. Out of which you have to choose. It was looking like I was staying in a guest house as there air conditioner was leaking in room number 403, which was deluxe, they were forced me to shift to room no 402 standard room there also the airconditioner was not working, but I just was staying there for 1 night. So just passed my that night. Previous management was much better, that is why I went again to this hotel. Would not suggest this hotel now.

I stayed here for business. The hotel is comfortable worth for the price. Though the location is a bit challenging but service, rooms and most things cleanness superb. Love all hotel staff. Thank you so much.
