It was pleasant stay

Hotel is at very good location. Neat clean. Good staff. I am happy with my stay. Room Size is small but its ok for a single person

The location was good but the room was tiny with no privacy for bathroom which was with a glass and uncomfortable toilets, no kettle in the room

The hotel is very close to Tram station which makes it easy to travel around city. The room size is small as it is a budget hotel but this is not a problem as everything is placed properly inside the room. Liked our stay for 2 nights.

It's a bit far from city centerand is near tech park I understand that this is budget hotel but not even letting to provide or use kettle isn't ideal.

The checkin and check out procedure was smooth , the restaurant is just opposite to the tram station and 10 minute walk to the metro station . Super markets are just a few minutes walking. The staff is very helpful and also guides for all directions

the hotel was very good quite professional I would like to visit it again. Just at the tram station. Walk to the every part of Zurich

Good experience, nice staff and friendly too, they provide good support for stay and in general good guidance wrt local travel tram etc

It is very nice hotel. Location is very close to techno park tram station and convenient from Zurich HB main train station. It made our stay joyful.

Property is good although room cleaning is really poor .plates are not available for self food preparing customers

I was relocated from hotel to some other lower cost hotel due to which I suffered lot of financial loss since I booked train bookings from there plus hotel I was shifted to at night was cheap.

Perfect for a 1 night stay, bunk bed attracts kids..washrooms does not have locks, hence a bit challenging with kids..

Warm water in every tap and showers was very nice and consistent. Room was very cozy and comfortable. Hair dryer facility was very very useful.

Hotel was fairly at a fine location but the issue was the room like can’t say it too good according to the price

stay was good but no basis facility. it's budget hotel but changes are same as other IBIS so should be providing atleast water. just a room to sleep

You get what you pay for. Room is tiny. No kettle provided. Washbasin is in the room. Toilet seat is too high and the automatic light in it has its own mind. Ac was hot even in cold weather. All you get is a warm bed. The room was clean. Would have rates 3 if the tv was working

Great stay good rooms

Close to a tram station that connects with the city centre. Rooms and washrooms are clean and the amenities are what you expect in a budget hotel. Breakfast spread can be improved.

It's not a hotel, not even a hostel, it's a train coupe. Tiny rooms with no place to stand or walk. Washroom is smaller than a flight washroom and there is no exhaust. AC doesn't work and windows don't open so it's all one stuffy box. There is not kettle, no cupboard, and not even a single chair. There is no provision for tea or coffee either in the entire hotel and some one the front desk females are extremely rude. The only thing good was the access to tram station and the breakfast. But there are much better places to stay if you pay a little more than this place.
