Cleaninliness is required especially in bathrooms

Our booking was for a 5 bedroom bungalow and the whole property is a 5 bedroom cottage. By the time we reached two of the rooms had already been leased out to others. We were a 5 member and we were told that the upstairs three bedrooms is what is in the booking. We had reached late and wanted food and asked for anything that was available. Although the one guy who was awake was cooking something he said its against policy to serve guests after 10 pm. The rooms had spiders and ants and didn't feel safe at all. The next day breakfast was the silver lining. Hot omelettes and toast with home made coffee, butter and jam, was Heaven for us since we were starving from the day before.

No food was supplied to us. You cannot rely on WiFi. It's a cold weather place where hot water is required for bath. Geyser was not properly working. There is no hand shower so ladies find it very difficult as neither shower cap nor bucket is provided.

We had no hot water for bath and hence had to take a cold bath forcibly.

We stayed for one night here. Staffs are kind enough. Basic amenities like hot water in bathroom needs improvement in capacity for family stay for more than 2 people's. Providing water bottles will be appreciable. Cost of food is bit expensive.

The hotel was located in a nice place facing the mountains. Rooms were nice and clean and the WiFi was super super fast. However the food was not all that great and there was no heater in the room when the temperature was very low.
The room was cozy and nice for a two people stay however, the lack of a heater proved to be very inconvenient. The weather was too cold for a room without heater. Also the food service was not all that great.
