The problem with them is they provide only. 2 half ltr drinking water in the morning and 2 half ltr in the evening so total 1 ltr of water per person in a day. Then for further they charge handsomely for extra. This we have never seen in 5 star The Golden Ridge Hotels. Please take necessary steps.

Stay was fantastic. Lovely breathtaking scenic view. Beautiful property. Support staff was friendly and cooperative. Dinner and breakfast was awesome. Lots of options in food. Heated indoor pool. Kids play area. Only drawback was continuously stinking washroom

Resort location is very good, not far from town area and it is located amidst hills covered with tea gardens. It has heated pool and two great restaurants. Food is good too. Mountain view suites have a great view.
