My stay at Galway Heights, Kandy

The Galway Heights Hotel is situated just 2 km away from city with a view of tea garden and farming which is excellent. Though the check-in process could have been more efficient however the stay was great. The food in breakfast and dinner was good however very less local food options. My overall stay was good but the pricing could've been lesser as compared to the amenities. There are no swimming pool and gym service available.

We had a 2 day comfortable stay. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. The nature trail the Galway Heights Hotel offered was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommend this place.

Hotel has very good staff. Chief chef came to us to set vegetarian menu for us and food was prepared specially for us. Also general manager came to us to enquire about our stay. Rooms were spacious and well maintained.

Galway Hotel was nice, clean and has all amenities. Hotel doesn't have an escalator which was quite surprising but doesn't affect us as we were on the first floor. Food was quite average though.
