Quaint and rustic with a touch of vintage

Glen-dower was such a cozy and beautiful place, with lots of interesting pieces of vintage furniture and ambience, i was completely taken in by this beautiful please. I also had the luxury of playing an old vintage pedal organ which was adorning their lobby. Although we stayed just for a night, both my daughter and i had an amazing experience at this Hotel Glendower, the service, food and especially the location. Just one note probably since the building is quite dated, the upkeep and modern facilities might be a bit lacking.

Warm welcome, great shower, a real colonial bungalow with a fireplace which is lit every evening and many such British relics (that actually work). A super bar too. We were there for just one day and were served the most generous breakfast in classy crockery. We missed having dinner in the well-appointed restaurant but when I peeped in it was full of happy busy diners, so the food must have been great. We were upgraded to a larger room by the sweet staff but I’d say go for a smaller room facing the lawn.
