Hikkaduwa Beach Hotel

Worst experience of the stay. The photos given in make my trip and actual rooms do not match. We stayed for a day and they had powercut for 5hrs and no power backup!! one plate of veg spring roll took an hour to arrive! The staff were supportive and courteous. The location is good but communication was a problem. I wouldn't recommend to stay here. Worst experience of the stay.

Little expensive as per amenities, staff is nice and is at the end of beach can find good food option on the road nearby

The room was given to me post checkin time at 2:00. I was made to wait at lobby for more than 30 mins for room. The room service was really bad. Nobody attended properly. The lift was not working. The additional bed was very uncomfortable with hard bedding. I do not recommend this stay.

The staff was good. Hotel was clean. Right next to the beach. Beach view is good. Swimming poll was clean

Hotel was good, at very good location but some basic amenities was not there, like it doesnt have intercom to connect with reception for any requirement, they doesnt have power backup, electricity was gone there but they should have power backup, bar was not operation but the food was good, hotel staff was very helpfull, and rooms are als good. You can stay there if you can adjust in few things.

They wont provide you the exact room which you book. They will just say the rooms are overbooked only these rooms are available.

Very nice place, clean and neat

Housekeeping was atrocious. Room cleaning was very late.

The Hotel is the Sea shore so you will have a very nice Sea view from your room. Facilities were also good. The Hotel was being renovated when I visited so expect the Hotel to be much better in 1-2 months.

Pathetic service that's all I can say.
