Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort

Doesn't feel like a sheraton at all, just a rebranded property, not satisfied at all, everything is just old

The location and ambience was really good. Swimming pool was amazing, it would be great if they can have more Indian cuisine options in the breakfast buffet

Service and facilities were pathatic.even when I am a Marriott Bonvoy gold elite member Slow Service no electricity food - below average no hot water no first aid no extra facilites

the hotel is good, but the food is not really that good. indian variety of food is bad, if the food left everything was good 👍🏻

Very good property and supportive staff. Loved the stay and enjoyed the food through out. I would like to thank front desk staff indusara, who was very courteous and guided us.

The property and hospitality were pretty good but could be improved upon. For instance, most of the hotel was empty when i stayed but they refused to offer a free upgrade. In addition, the location is a bit remote and there are not many places to eat nearby apart from the ones within the hotel premises.

Truly awesome property. Amazing location right on the beach. Breakfast buffet has the most amazing spread and fantastic service by the staff. Special mention for ‘irshad mohamed, assistant front office manager’ who went above and beyond to make our family holiday memorable.

Staff does not speak good english which makes it very difficult. The hotel was leaking all over the place.
