Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Pandanus Resort and Spa. All the staff were very kind and helped us in every difficulty.

Room was so big with jacuzzi, staff were good and helpful, breakfast spread could be better, less options for vegetarians.

I recently stayed at the panda-nus beach resort and spa and had a memorable experience overall. I had booked a superior room with a sea view but arrived late at night and was given room number 124. Unfortunately, this room had another room in front of the window, obstructing the sea view. Upon raising my concern, the staff were very understanding and graciously upgraded me to the presidential suite since all other rooms were occupied. This gesture was much appreciated and significantly enhanced our stay. The resort itself is wonderful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The swimming pool is fantastic and perfect for relaxing. Despite the initial hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at panda-nus beach resort and spa. However, i would recommend that the hotel reconsider selling room number 124 as a sea view room to avoid any future disappointments for guests.

Absolutely loved my stay at panda-nus beach resort and spa! the food was amazing, the hospitality was top-notch, and the swimming pool and beach view were superb. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing getaway!

I am stay bentota resort 4 days. Very good location. Peaceful. Couple friendly. Food quality good but not serving indian foods. Only international food. Like pork’s meat

The hotel ill has nice big rooms and fantastic beach front however it is dead after 6 pm. Even the roof top bar was closed all the time. We went in mid December when the hotel was almost full yet you can't see anyone around as there was nothing to do. Vegetarians will have a hard time as there are hardly any options in and around. The pool table was paid per hour and there were only 8-10 channels on TV mostly in local language (no Hindi).

Pandanus was a great find. Hotel staff is cordial, rooms are grand with great view of the sea. Everything is very well maintained.

Firstly don't book this hotel, these guys show the picture of the pool and the beach and attract the crowd but the rooms. Are full of insects and in spite of complaining so much they didn't change the room they don't even give a toothbrush or a toothpaste telling that its only for deluxe rooms my one bag was robbed from. The hotel so be careful And kids being there with me there were all red. Ants big ones in the room it was a nightmare they didn't even change the room and we asked for tooth brush which is worth low amount, they are telling us we won't give. Lastly when we booked a Uber the bell boy tried to take commission from us through driver and interfered in not taking us and my husband got upset and had to cancel the Uber be very careful of the pool around in Bentota they are not good And this hotel staff is worst. And when we complaint the manager about him talking to driver And changing is mind the manager said no he didn't do anything please once again don't book this hotel you will repent.

Location was good. But they are biased for online booking as they have not provided the accommodation to my driver because we have booked online. Room service was not great as our Jaccuzi was not working and even after two calls no one turned up.

The only thing which I don't like was that they are providing accommodation to the driver when the guest has booked through travel agent but if booked online they did not provide facility for the driver

This is not an excellent hotel. No coffee shop, no food arrangement. Staff behavior is bad.

Beautiful room with a great view. Just wish the lighting was better. The air conditioner was giving some issues. But the hotel staff upgraded our room without charges to make our stay comfortable

Room given to us as a couple was a suite with Jacuzzi so enjoyed it thoroughly. Reception and welcome was very weak. Breakfast is very average and finishes by 9:30 am. Staff is not great. Property very good.

A perfect place to spend valentine's day. We checked in and were immediately given the promised room on the second floor facing the ocean. It was a huge room with a big balcony that you can step down and relax on the sofas. The room had a huge Jacuzzi in the spacious toilet and it was the most relaxing two days that we spent. The hotels doors open onto the Beach, which is practically a pvt Beach and the waters are a bit choppy yet you can enjoy the surf closer to the Beach itself. The swimming pool could have been bigger. The Breakfast and the dinner that we had there was absolute Value for money. The international buffet had so much different types of food to offer that there was always something for everyone. Abducted spread of desserts too. Loved the Resort. Keep it up Pandanus.

Amazingly courteous staff, they upgraded our room presidential suite which had pool and sea view. Food was good. Overall very good experience.

The location of the property is amazing. The service staff is courteous. The front desk staff is however a little slow and robotic. They also will not provide driver accommodation by booking via company or any on line portal. You will need to pay your driver separately in case you have one.

Management is very arrogant. Front office folks don't show any hospitality when you check-in and their lady boss thinks really high. Didn't have a great conversation. Breakfast was pathetic. And there is no sign of the restaurant manager even if you have to give any feedback. They are focused in entertaining the whites. Even at check-out. There are not keen to take any feedback. I don't recommend this hotel even if you get a better deal. They first need be nice and polite to their customers.

We had a very bad experience as there was no service provided. The attitude of the staffs was very unprofessional. No one used to pick calls in reception or room service. Will not recommend for family travellers. For couples, it's a good place.
