EKHO Surf Bentota

It has been amazing to stay at EKHO surf Bentota, all the facilities are at its peak, also the breakfast is very nice and staff is very kind and helpful.

Echo surf bentota is located on beach. As soon we reached the property the ambience was very nice. Staff very courteous & supportive. Room was good view was great

property is at premium location and is situated such that beach is few seconds away. It was very comfortable and quick checkin as we reached in the evening so no long waiting. We had booked for double bed deluxe room but when we arrived in the room, there was twin bed. It took little bit of to n fro to finally get matteress changed to queen size. Overall service is good, nicely managed, cleaned property. Staff is very supportive. we stayed for 3 nights and the experience was satisfied. We had breakfast as well. breakfast menu was quite vast. Few downsides - Lot of the listed items in portal were not provided.

location of property is very good, food was also amazing, amenities are not many but whatever was there, it was well maintained, service of the hotel was average, the turnaround time of the request placed is not fast

The rooms in the hotel are not equipped with proper drainage . The light fixtures leaked water . The place has very poor management and not enough staff running it .

great views. neat beach and pools. food options are good. Initially allotted deluxe room in place of premium but later upgraded to suite when pointed out. smiling and welcoming staff.

The stay was very beautiful and location is wanderlust. I strongly recommend if someone is planning for bentota please stay

rooms are very small and dirty. overall not satisfied with stay. view is good. but stay in the hotel is pain.

The resort was so very pretty. We just enjoyed our time. Here the rooms were clean. The pool was amazing. Would definitely recommend recommend this place.

The property was fantastic.. The pool near our room was a little crowded but still enjoyable.. The beach view from the room and breakfast spread were impressive...

The stay at this property was beautiful.. we had a beach facing room, the view was serene.. pool was maintained well and we had a great time, the buffet spread was awesome..

It’s a luxurious hotel with stunning sea beach view. Service and food is good. A perfect place to enjoy the serenity of Sri Lanka and relax.

The property and services were horrible ..booked this property at such high price thinking it to be a 5 * one but it was worse than a 3 *. Rooms were full of ants cockroaches dampness n stinky washroom …no response on room service for glasses towels …dinner service ..was pathetic …limited options were veg that too were finished around 9 while the time of dinner was till 10 pm …breakfast fruits were finished …that was the worst experience ever as i stayed there with parents and had to make them suffer the same …They claimed to have 24 by 7 assistance and ironically there landline was also not working to avail the same ..pls give any higher authority mail so that i can submit and share my horrible experience …
