Penta Hotel

Location was fine basis it’s proximity to a MRT which anyways is true for all hotels in Singapore, close to little India. However, the rooms are very small and you know they said that make my trip is not there. Authorisation asked for my passport. When I gave them the booking ID very strangely after giving the passport, he was able to locate my booking, so I don't know what arrangements do they have? The rooms are very small. No water that was provided in the room so you had to go and fill it, and then probably we were there only for like 12 hours because we had a flight to catch, but I would not recommend this to anybody, who is travelling with a family.

The property is located at 200 meters walking distance from Mustafa Shopping centre and the Farrer park MRT station. The vicinity is a boon for Indians as there are good enough options for Indian food. Rooms are neat and clean and average in size, the window is available in a few rooms, but neither it opens nor does it have any view. Hygiene is maintained as bathrooms and rooms are cleaned and beds are made everyday. The bathroom also has a jet spray which is a saviour for Indians. Hotel should think of offering tea and coffee as complimentary and breakfast if provided will be appreciated. I stayed with my Family. The cost of staying per day/room is higher as compared to the comfort and service. Overall rating 7 on 10.

The room size is decent with no fancy decor as such , but it's cozy. Few rooms do have windows but it's just for namesake as they don't open and neither have any view. Location wise the hotel is situated at the best location...close to MRT station which is around 200meters away, close to Mustafa shopping centre and little India. Overall rating 7 on 10. Improvements: They should atleast provide complimentary Tea and Coffee with the room package. Breakfast if offered would be great. It's very good hotel near Musthafa center and little India rooms good and best budget for 3 People in one room and Indian restaurant is very very near to this hotel u suggest to other Indian families here

Nice and clean and worth it's money. Location is great for shopping and MRT is just 200mtrs away. In all a very good budget stay. No frills.

Our group of three stayed at this hotel for three nights during our trip, and it served our needs well. The location is good, offering easy access to local transport. It's very close to Ferrer Park metro station, which made getting to sightseeing spots and activities hassle-free. Mustafa Mall is also nearby for shopping. There are plenty of Indian restaurants around, offering a wide variety of dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring. This hotel is perfect if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city and need a comfortable place to sleep. It’s not a destination for those who want to lounge around in the hotel, but it’s a great choice for active traveler's.

The quality of room is not good. Dont compare with photos. Room cleaning is good. Early checkup also permitted

The kind of hotel it is, such small room, so basic, the pricing was very high, if you are getting for 2-3000 bucks, its worth for the location it is situated

Its run by lovely elderly couple very basic but has ac and wifi. Has running hot water and clean drinking water machine. Have lift and daily cleaning and sheet change so nothing to complain.

Pent a is superbly located, very close to mustafa, mrt, mall and overall very accessible. The rooms are quite small but clean. They don’t provide water bottle for drinking or even tea/coffee sachets. It was a decent stay.

I got a room without window. So it was bit uncomfortable. Very little space around the bed or to keep luggage. But the room was clean. Location is great for indians. Mrt and lots of indian restaurants at a walkable distance.

It was a convenient location to con-mute everywhere. We had a good stay. The staffs were friendly too. Thank you!
