Hotel Bencoolen @ Bencoolen Street

The stay was very pleasant, The rooms were very neat and clean. The only improvement point is -- Complimentary breakfast varieties very less and available food also not that much quantity served. We have to wait if food trays are empty

Eveything was good,food and location was perfect..just one of the lady in the front desk was a little rude one time or whether it’s the way one speak in Singapore..Apart from that evrythng was good..

Rooms were quite average with respect to ambience. The washrooms were quite average. Breakfast was not good at all. No vegetarian options were available

The hotel was located at prime location with both bus stop and MRT just outside the hotel. The service from start to end was very good. The morning breakfast was also amazing. The room was big n comfortable. Overall we had an amazing time

Property location was great..cross the road and MRT is there. Food was very normal.breakfast had only 3-4 options and limited seating space. No bellboy or any service people. Old property.but decent size room.

I stayed at Hotel Bencoolen for just one day and had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was impressively smooth and quick, taking only 4-5 minutes, which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for convenience and cleanliness. Highly recommended!

Hotel room was terribly small and furnitures are in poor condition. I did not even try their breakfast.

Location was excellent, right opposite to MRT so commuting was easy. Food was average .. not quite variety in breakfast options. Staff was courteous and service was good .. overall good and nice clean hotel

Services and food was not worth the price I paid for the room. No assistance to drop the luggage to the room. Room was not cleaned the next day. Food was pathetic. Overall bAd experience.

Hotel’s location is excellent, we stayed for 8 nights in a family room, complementary breakfast was disappointing as there were nothing other than bread and butter for vegetarian, also always crowded too small area, sometimes getting some food was bit uncomfortable. After paying bomb expected a better breakfast! bath room fittings especially shower could be better, no other issues as such ! thank you we had a good stay. Vegetarians pols note there is nothing nearby, have to walk 10-15 mins to little india

It was very good. The rooms were small. But just for staying it's really good. The swimming is not great though.

Small rooms, breakfast is a sham, it was unbelievable that they refused to provide even a glass to drink water.

Two primary reasons for this rating: 1. Room is smaller and different from pictures (that's misleading and incorrect; 2. Breakfast is terrible (same 4 dishes (yes, only 4) everyday, i pre-paid for breakfast but since it was so bad i ate from outside. Apart for these 2 concerns that rest is good. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the premises are clean, it's location is excellent, and the purity of well maintained.

1. The rooms are not noise proof, you can hear people from other rooms talking loudly. 2. The breakfast has limited options, just 2-4. 3. The restaurant staff is very rude. They will not let you refill water from the filter. 4. The toilets were dirty from the time we entered. 5. The rooms are small and ugly looking. You will spoil your vacation mood if you stay here.

Good room with large window. In front of mart with dt line to bay front and towards changi airport. Breakfast was good. Could have more options. Elevator need improvement. Close to all important attractions.

Location is good. But breakfast is simply horrible. There is no vegetarian options for indians, so i am surprised how makemytrip is supporting this hotel. The staff in the dinning area is not trained at all. You keep searching for sugar and salt, and you will not find. The room is full of mosquitos

The location was good. Very close to bencoolen mart and other spots like little india and merlin park is at walking distance. Rooms are ok and breakfast is very basic.
