Will fall short of words to say how much we loved this place. What else you want in this budget the stay was awesome as we were travelling with our infant we were worried about his food. As this place has a common kitchen we could cook all time means not only for our baby but also for ourselves. This place is just 1-2 mins walk from MRT so travelling is very convenient to all the destinations. Cold storage is nearby you can do all sorts of shopping from there. They have a pool which is very nice and relaxing. Overall a good stay we loved it and if anytime we plan in future to visit Singapore will stay here only.

Clean, functional rooms. Excellent location right next to One North MRT. Very friendly staff - they were happy to lend me their umbrella when it was raining outside and I didn’t have my own. Will definitely prefer LYF when I am next in SG.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the cooking each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

The place is great, and staff is cooperative. Very close to insead and opposite to mrt. It has a great swimming pool and very functional gym. The room are quite good in size.

We stayed in lyf for 5 nights and it was wonderful. The best part about this stay was the mart station which was right across the road. Rooms are small but very well maintained. They have a kitchen area, swimming pool and gym. Once checked out, you can also store your luggage for sometime. Rooms are good for accommodating 2 people only.

The room is extremely small and stuffy - it’s also poorly lit and despressing cleaning services are once a week and towel changes are once in three days - i don’t like it the dustbins are too tiny and therefore waste collects in room for days as cleaning is only once in three days. Water bottles are not available in the room. No tea coffee either attitude of front office staff is most indifferent

Great location with very good facilities ( kitchen, laundry, vending machines, etc. Closer proximity to mart and bus stops, which helps travel-ling to different parts easier. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for a long stay.

The stay was good and the room was compact for a single occupancy. It is a prime location and access to public transport is just 50-60 meters. Cab service is arranged by the hotels if required.

Remember that this property will not be giving you any room service other than cleaning that too once in a week. There is a common kitchen if you want to cook and a dining area as well. If you are going for business trips, it’s a nice hotel but for leisure it won’t meet the expectations. Best part about the hotel was it’s connectivity with the metro station. Overall an average experience.
