It's a motel not a hotel

For the price the services offered are pathetic. No room service, no bell boy, no water provided, no ventilation, the staircase is so narrow that only one person can fit in, it is so steep that carrying luggage up is difficult and they offer no help whatsoever. Shower area is small and water pressure is weak. Bed provided are always single. They will join two for you but the mattress will be only for single bed. They charge you a bomb and hence live in a 5 star at 5 star price not this one.
