service was poor and as per money food quality was not good . Room amenities was good but the room service not proper . you should be reminded of room cleaning. No bedsheet and towels changes for next day of staying .And also we are staying with 3 people They were given one towel only

Ok hotel. Good staff. Services were normal. Went in rainy season washroom tap was smelly may be because of it. Dental kits are not provided.

I initially booked Hotel Nilkantha for 3 nights but ended up extending my stay for another 3 days — all thanks to the warmth and hospitality of the owner and his family who personally manage the property. Everyone was extremely cooperative and made us feel at home throughout. The hotel is located at a walkable distance from Pashupatinath Temple, and we even walked to the airport one day — it’s that close! The owner was very helpful in guiding us and even arranged local transport when needed. He assigned a well-maintained car with a knowledgeable driver who took us around the city for 4 days. The rooms were clean, and we noticed how much effort the whole family puts in to keep the place tidy. Their in-house vegetarian restaurant serves good food, freshly prepared after taking your order. Breakfast options were limited but satisfactory. One of the best things about the place is the owner’s constant warm smile — it truly adds charm to the stay.

Excellent location, just okay rooms and service. The hotel is just 150-200m from Pashupati Natha temple. So, the location is excellent. The room we booked was a quadruple bed room. It was extremely cramped. Hot water was a problem too. The food was good though.

Very bad hospitality and didn’t provided breakfast although it was included. The hotel receptionist didn’t allowed us to stay together

I booked 2 Double Rooms with 2+1 Beds but they did not share it. poor and very bad ambiance and very very unhygienic room. terrible experience and really sad even I paid in advance payment Hotel cheated me with third class service. should never try it..

Rooms were not given as per the selected ones. Neither they have man power to serve their customers. No sufficient parking place is available.

I stayed here for 2 Nights. I was travelling with my family. I would say this is average to a good hotel. The hotel location is walking distance from Pashupatinath temple and Gaushala Chowk. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The property was very neat and clean. You will not find any type of unwanted smell in the room. from the amenities point of view this hotel lacks although they mentioned many things but I had to call for an electric kettle. Some of the amenities they mention but were absent Coffee Maker, Tooth cleaning set, electric kettle, working space, chair etc. They had their own kitchen and the food tasted just ok. Nepali thali was not authentic. Some food on the menu was overpriced and some was decent. There is free breakfast but limited choice ( Allo paratha, Bread ). Overall you will not regret coming to this hotel. The staff are good and deliver decent service.

The hotel is very clean and hospitality is very good by all of them especially there was lady helped in getting cab. The food was good. The location is very good because very near airport and Pashupatinath temple.

Pleasant stay near Pasupatinath temple and Saktipith. The hotel is neat and clean. Hotel manager and staff are well behaved. The hotel is for people who want to visit temples regularly. Only vegetarian food of good taste available in hotel. There are a couple of restaurants nearby who serve non-vegetarian food if you need.

Not suitable for solo or couple travelers. Staff not friendly and supportive. AC was leakage. No proper Bathroom utilities.

A very nice place to stay. Rooms and premises are very clean. Hotel staff very cooperative, the hotel owner Mr. Agni himself takes a lot of interest in the welfare of his customers. The hotel is provided with lift facility. Food quality is excellent and they make food as per customer's preference within the menu items. The hoteo is new and very close to Pashupatinath temple, temple is stones throw away from hotel. My stay was pleasant and my all family members had words of praise for the hotel and hotel staff.

Service,cleenes (bedding,wash room etc.) and polite staff service are impressed,We strongly recommend to family stay in hotel nilkanth once.

Looking at the property pictures and location I selected this but it was totally terrible experience. The rooms are clean and maintained but the way manager denied us the rooms that we booked on the ground that they had given our double deluxe rooms to someone else and weren’t aware if we would be checking in was disappointing to say the least. They made us stay in a different room and promised next day to give us the room but even then they didn’t provide us with the same. Total waste of money and time.

1. Breakfast is fixed, no choice 2. Water bottle yes, but no glasses 3. Next day no cleaning, no towel change, not bedsheet. 4. Hotel owner give only smile, no help.

Nice hotel on good location near to Pashupati nath tample. Neat and clean rooms. Ower is a good person and very cooperative

As per Price, the hotel setup is good, but the hotel services were very bad, and the cleanliness there was also not good, and the food quality is also very bad.
