Hotel Continental

Pros- Hotel room is huge, bed is comfortable. cons- Hotel Location is not close to good indian restaurant, restaurants nearby (like Kashmir Restaurant) are very costly and over priced for quantity & taste of food served. Staff asked for 100 RM security deposit that too just for 1 day. The washroom does not have hand shower in bath section. The pillows given were very big & extra fluffy which made it difficult to sleep, so we requested hotel to give us less fluffy pillow , this request they denied upfront without even trying. overall, i was disappointed with our stay here for poor Indian food availability on premise & around it, bug fluffy pillow & less washroom features. Thanks.

No wifi working properly and no good services from staff i called so many times but no any body came

Areas for improvement: unfortunately, the wi-fi was not functional during my stay, which could be inconvenient for those needing internet access. The hotel does not offer food services, so guests need to arrange meals on their own. In summary, this hotel is a decent choice for a clean, safe, and budget-friendly stay, especially if you're not reliant on wi-fi or in-house dining

Hotel is nice, you need to keep deposit of 100 MYR at check in which you can take back while checking out. There are no water bottles in the room rather they have water dispensers in the corridor so you need to go out fill the water in the jug which they provided. It’s plus and minus in a way over all value for money!!

It was good but for 1 day i booked again that they gave me different room single bed on the place of two sinle bed i have done complaint for this so look this matter.

All thing was good there so we should stay there. Good location in heart of city.

Breakfast was not up to the mark. WiFi signal also weak. Location is appreciative. For me its value for money. Must appreciate the service of the workers and the facilities. Near by there are two restaurants where the meals are relatively inexpensive.

Awesome hotel near many ikon place and easy to find near Indian restaurants. Stuff is helpful and honest. Room are according to picture 24 hour service safe for family visit see view from hotel’s room. I will book this hotel again if visit this city.

Staff were very rude. It was double occupancy but they gave one access card. Complimentary Breakfast was horrible. Stay at the hotel was disaster. Please do not choose this hotel for heaven sake.
