Terrible Stay

i have stayed there for 3 days and i reached there in the mid night 12 on my day 1 of booking but no one is there to listen aur provide us a room or let me check in i called so many times to an-war then he sends someone a old lady to provide us a room, the main problem starts now when we entered the room its totally smelly, no amenities is provided the mosquitos are rooming in the room like a garden and there is no water in the washroom we called so many times to an-war but he always denied this is worst hotel, the location of hotel is poor, the quality of hotel is disaster i recommed he is a totally scammer, i suggest choose other hotel instead of this. I will also share some photos.
