Worst stay waste of money

This was the terrible experience we had. Staff is very rude, not helpful at all. Especially at the reception at the time of check-in, no bell boy, no housekeeping staff. Toilet flush was not working, worst hospitality I have ever seen. During breakfast flies around please don't waste your money.

Is at the low end of the scale for several reasons. Stinking rooms corridors smelling of cigarette smoke. I had to change rooms 3 times before I got a satisfactory one. Also, it's location makes it impossible to get decent veggie food nearby. Location wise too it is at the lower end of the Genting Highlands.

Dirty rooms toilets beds wrecked blanket, ants, and cockroaches on breakfast bread and table. No WiFi in rooms available. Total fraud and cheat attitude of staff, MakeMyTrip should remove this property from its list.

Very bad experience at stay there is no WiFi facility. In room pillow covers and blankets very dirty and bad smells, the was rooms are also in a bad condition, breakfast are limited varieties.

The location is OK. The hotel has WiFi. No swimming pool and no gym. No room service and nothing. Value for money is not there. Only food is v good and since demands is more so hotel is not interested in facilities.
