Hotel Torino

It’s Horrible hotel. It’s not a 4 star hotel. Their breakfast sucks and their staff is terrible including reception and the restaurant staff. They are not fit to be in Hospitality. The bathroom had no latch in two different rooms and the one we shifted the latch got stuck and had a terrible experience. Indians should avoid this Hotel. Only good part is the location of the Hotel!

Location is nice as it is close to Roma Termini and many site seeing locations. Breakfast has some limited options and it is a problem for vegetarian or vegan individual as those options are not available. The room size is small and also it does not provide heating Kettle or microwave. The hotel approach needs to have a ramp so that luggage can be easily carried. The Wifi needs to improve as after 2 days of my size days stay it has stopped working for my phone.

The hotel is located at a very convenient place. Walking distance from Termini station. All the tourist spots are near this hotel. My room was neat and clean. The staff is also good.

The stay at Hotel Torino was comfortable. The check in were done before scheduled time. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, neat and clean. The front staffs were very helpful. The breakfast spread was good.

Location very good almost in the center, rail satiation roma temini on walking distance can go main places to visit. Services are not upto the mark, front desk staff very good always ready to help. Breakfast is again good enough. Overall ac in room not working well

Location was great. But hotel need serious renovations. No bedside electric sockets. No in room kettle.

Property's location was very good right at the centre of the city and at walkable distance from key monuments like colosseum, trevi fountain, pantheon etc. Also it's situated in a lively location. Services were not that good and room was over priced.

Good location and good staff members all of good but city tax is too high 7. 5 euro per person per night

It is close to the main station and to the colosseum. I stayed in a triple room very spacious for a family of 4.

The hotel was centrally located, though the hotel didn't have a restaurant. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff understood English and readily helped us.

Will not want to be here again. Inhospitable. Politeness and courtesy are the key driving forces in service industry. It lacks both. The only welcoming face during our 2nights stay was the guy in the breakfast buffet area.

It is in good location... Very close to Roma termini... Walkable distance. Had a good stay with nice breakfast options. Room was clean little small... Had to pay extra tax of 6 Euros which was not included while booking the hotel using Makemytrip.

No doubt, hotel is in great location near Roma Termini. But rooms has no value for money. They have double bed which are separated. Heating was not working. Biggest problem was Wi-Fi, signals were not coming in room. After calling reception they didn't take any action and later told most of the rooms have similar problem. They have ZERO customer service. So better to try other hotels in same budget.

This is a nice hotel and good value of your money. There are so many asian restaurants where you can get Indian food. The hotel is very close to the bus and train station which is known as Termini. In addition, there is a direct bus from CIA airport to bus and train station which is charging only 4 euro. I really enjoy this hotel and place.

Room is small but manageable. But had a water flow sound from next room in the morning. Hotel staff is good and service is Also good. The restaurant serves goog breakfast and stafd there is very helpful ..

Good hotel, centrally located near Roma terminus, excellent connectivity with all basic amenities. Well within budget. City tour buses start point located nearby. If you are looking for a decent hotel with affordable cost along with excellent breakfast service this is the best option.

Location is very convenient, very close to Termini station and some other attractions in the city, with restaurants and bars round the corner. Reception is very nice and welcoming. Room is I got what I paid for. Breakfast is good and I loved the terrace on the 7th floor, very relaxing. Hotel should pay more attention, I stayed for 5 nights but the minibar was never refilled. Neither did the staff put more water nor cola. Wi-Fi in fact is the worst part of all. Horrible internet connection. Either no connection or disconnected mid way and extremely slow. Services that I expect: A glass for water and may be some option to make tea or coffee in the room (possibly could be charged for, like minibar). A number to the reception in the room will be of help. Please change a writing pad before a new guest comes in, as the writing pad in my room had something scribbled on it (I did not need a writing pad, however these minor details count, shows how well the room was serviced after a guest left). Over all a nice stay.
