Great stay at best western universo

Great stay at the best western Universo located in the heart of Rome. Very close to all tourist attractions like the colosseum. Good staff and great service. It is value for money and has a lot of eateries nearby so one can book without breakfast also and eat everyday outside at a new cafe nearby. Room is well equipped with coffee machine / bath tub and a minibar

I stayed with my wife for 2 nights. The breakfast was awesome with good variety and quality. Location is beautiful and nearby to Rome Railway Station. Room was cleaned and tidy. Hotel staff was good.

We booked a quadruple room connecting two rooms via MakeMyTrip but the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo gave us a single comfort room without any balcony. Unlike the pictures shown on MakeMyTrip
