Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo

Very restricted amenities in the room. the ac doesn't work in majority of rooms. we had taken 3 rooms and could change only 1 . the new room too was not that effective. service is slow the reception team was good

Pros Bettoja is situated near termini making it easy to commute . Cons. We were given a room that was not cleaned properly . However on complaining we were moved to a new room but it was basic as compared to the earlier room provided to us ( bathroom was too small ) . The overall service is not prompt . For every small request , the guests were required to help themselves. Will not prefer this hotel for my next stay in Rome.

Stay was nice, felt the breakfast was almost the same one and a bit boring for a six day stay. Room was excellent though except the handheld bidet shower for the latrine.

Location perfect but facilities poor, no arrangement for tea coffee, no iron, no sleepers. Lift very small no one to help to show your room. Break fast was so not much items. Toaster was not working properly.

Hotel is located very close to the Rome Termini station (Main station). It is only 5 minutes walk. Very friendly service at the reception. Most of tourists attractions can be easily approached from here, even some by walking. Excellent breakfast with good range of items. Rooms are good.

Location is superb for this hotel. This hotel is against central station for train, bus and metro - Roma termini. So travel around Rome comes out to be superb. We travelled across old Rome via metro and bus. We also took a trip to Venice - so the train connects to all cities - it took us 2 mins to catch the train. The hotel room are a little small, and the service is slow. Otherwise, it's a super hotel. 5/5 for lcoation.
