Hotel Villafranca

One of my best stays at Europe .. best location,neat, near to attractions , roma termeni station near

Room and washroom was very small with no much space to move around and keep the luggage. No cutlery was provided in the room.

It was a pleasant stay, the staff from both front desk and breakfast buffet staff were very helpful and good host. The front desk staff went out of their way to pack breakfast for a early morning departure. And the breakfast staff were kind enough to explain the things about food and famous things in rome. And what we can buy where and the honest and proud explanation about their food was fabulous. Loved the experience in hotel.

Everything was good. They even have facility to store luggage after checkout. Polite staff. One small thing that could be improved was that they didnt provide complimentary water bottle in room or kettle. Also there should be a shelf in shower to keep body wash/shampoo.

The hotel is good with all modern facilities. Good location, nice breakfast with many choices, staff cooperative, room and bathroom sizes also OK, facilities are adequate. We like our stay at this hotel and recommend it to everyone, enjoy staying at this hotel and relax yourself.

Excellent hotel at a convenient location near the Termini. Decent food options in the neighborhood, good service and desk staff, good sized rooms, good selection of toiletries. We would recommend it for couples, business travellers and families.
