I stayed in this hotel for a week but i changed my rooms 5 times. This is due to a/c issue, plumbing issue. The deluxe rooms were small when compared to other similar rooms category in jakarta hotels. The service were delayed. Each time when i asked for coffee/tea/ creamer water services. The staffs were very courteous and helpful
