Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran

The overall stay was good and comfortable. But one advice I would like to give is, please make the room dine in available.

We were staying in Grand Mercure Kemayoran for business, we requested Jain Food, they understand broken English still they given 4-5 options other than on Breakfast rack It was really nice of you !

This was 1st business visit to Jakarta. Had wonderful stay all 4 night. Excellent hospitality observed from warm reception, understanding of language by majority of key staff, attending to my complaint of room layouts. Instruction for special vegetarian food for the breakfast was well passed on the F&B manager. Next day was introduced to the chef to the F&B Manager. Special table arrangements were made for my comfort. I mean all the days very very warm responses by the restaurant staff, hospitality staff, etc. Looking forward to my visit in near future for business purposes. Nice hotel and near to Airport. We can find Indian restaurant near to the hotel. Value for money. Cleanly maintained well

Location and Facilities are excellent Food has to be improved in terms of adding Indian stuffs

Services very bad. There was no room cleaning and take away trays. Restaurant services very slow. Had to wait half hour to 45 minutes to get the drinks or food. Shortage of well trained staffs. No menu in the room.

Stay was very comfortable & staff was quick enough to arrange the room key with explanations on the early breakfast. Also in the morning i left early they have arranged for drop to airport in 2 mins. Since it was early morning,

Well equipped hotel rooms with courteous staff. The services are prompt. The only problem I faced was lack of vegetarian options in menu and for breakfast - but that would most likely be the case for all hotels in Jakarta. But overall would definitely recommend.

Rooms are nice and clean, very convenient location, great view and some very nice eateries in the hotel. I stayed here for three nights and found the hotel and it's facilities very good. Helpful and courteous staff.
