A very good Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera in a very good location. Good restaurant with variety of food. Smiley staff around, very clean Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera. Good service. Easy check in and check out. Value for money. Shopping mall across the road and lot of restaurants around. Overall a very good Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera.
Great breakfast, good spa, nice rooms

Nice rooms did not get a great view but its fine because we wanted two adjacent rooms, great breakfast spread. Huge selection of breakfast, staff was quick to fulfill our special needs for vegetarian food in breakfast. Great location in front of living world mall, in room service was also great, good spa. Recommended for stay.

Overall stay was very good, the staff will go out of their way to help you out specially the restaurant staff koza, budi. On front desk faris and iora very nice to get the check in and check out smoothly. Good place to visit and will definitely come back)

Hotel representatives were very nice and friendly. They have not taken any security deposits, room was very good and there were lots of options of traditional and western cuisine with 2-3 indian vegetarian items in breakfast buffet.
