Staff is ill equipped to handle small problems, borderline discourteous and clearly inept to handle foreign guests. The biggest differentiation for a excellent Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni is service. Amenities anyone can buy, service mindset you cannot. The Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni staff needs to be trained at better multicultural Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmonis.
